Your Most Important Relationship: The One You Have With Yourself

What is self-acceptance?

It's ALL OF YOU AT PEACE with yourself, LIVING LIFE FULLY in this moment.

It's gifting yourself the grace you bestow on a beloved. Your loved one isn't perfect, or you couldn't love them.

Perfection is a façade so smooth love cannot find a perch.

No doubt there's someone you always count on to show up for you as best they can. Someone who shares uncomfortable truths. Someone who sees you for who you are, faults and all, and still loves you, because of them.

Why not love and be loved by yourself the same way?

The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship of all. If loving and robust, it will infuse all your encounters in the world with the same energy.

Don't be at war with yourself. Don't be desperate to fill a void.

Both squander energy. Both prevent ALL OF YOU from showing up in life. Both impact discernment, decision-making, health, relationships and professional success.

It doesn't matter why you hate yourself or feel you will never be enough or that you are an imposter. You don't need to know why in order to cultivate self-acceptance and self-love.

Being at peace with yourself and feeling whole is doable. It just means breaking bad habits and learning new ones. I will share with you my journey toward selfacceptance in the hopes it can be useful to you on yours.
